This request was for a text mural to be painted on a metal water cistern at the entrance of a newly-constructed school, southwest of Houston.
The unique challenge was to utilize a Direct to Metal paint on a hot, metal surface with outdoor weather challenges. DTM paints are much more difficult to control than standard commercial paints, as the consistency is as fluid as water.
The end result was a very clean, durable painted image on a metal surface.
